Get to Know Us

My Metamorph initially grew out of a concern for a lack of provision for neurodiverse young adults of school-leaving age. Whilst support is provided to varying extents throughout education, little provision is in place during and beyond that key life phase, transitioning into the 'real world' of work. Outside of education the statistics speak for themselves. Only 16% of autistic adults in the UK are in full-time paid employment, and only 32% are in some kind of paid work. Only 10% of autistic adults receive employment support but 53% say they want it. Seventy percent of autistic adults say that they are not getting the help they need from social services. Seventy percent of autistic adults also feel that with more support they would be less isolated. At least one in three autistic adults are experiencing severe mental health difficulties due to a lack of support. This is a real concern and must be addressed. That is where My Metamorph comes in. Having worked with neurodiverse children and young adults in education and in careers guidance since 2013, staff are ideally positioned to support these young adults through the recruitment process and beyond. By providing our signature end-to-end recruitment provision for neurodiverse young adults and through close consultation and collaboration with employers, My Metamorph strives to offer our clients the best possible opportunities and solutions, whether job-seeker or employer.
